Proven experience as an Application Analyst or similar role in the fintech or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience with programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python
Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analyze user requirements and business processes to design software applications that meet business needs
Develop and maintain application design documents, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams
Collaborate with Developer Team to implement application solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices
Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of applications
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make enhancements to applications
Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to application development.
